I love everything about Reading Standard Motor Sports. First of all I found the listing easily with my first search on Google. The location is great & easy to find on 422. They responded to me right away via email with very helpful information. I had contacted two other shops that did not respond at all. When the repair for my bike went beyond my knowledge I took it to RSM and they did such a great job that my bike now runs like new. Not only that, the service charge was very fair & I was treated with respect & honesty. You can't put a price on that these days!The show room floor is perfect.. really well laid out with the hottest bikes, ATV's and scooters. You'll find a few other nice surprises there as well. The parts department is top notch & when I had to order something the turn around time was amazingly fast. They were very friendly & quick to locate the parts that I needed. RSM is where it's at.DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Excellent service department! I needed a new front tire for my Yamaha. Parts department ordered it and notified me when it was received. Service dept said no appt needed, they would work it in. On the day I brought my bike in, I checked to see how busy they were, and received a call back letting me know they were short a mechanic, but could get me in/out in an hour. Sure enough, I got down there a little after 11:00am and was out of there around 12, despite the chaos of the construction going on in the front end. Very satisfied! Looking forward to Grand Re-Opening in June.

Service staff are very friendly and efficient considering the remodeling going on around them! While in the showroom, the sales staff were very friendly and interested in helping you if you had questions or needed model specific information.
Now, as for the parts department, I called up and checked on price and availability of a specific tire I needed installed on my bike. I was quoted a price and as expected, it was more than I would pay if I bought online and had delivered to my location but only about $40 more so I figured it wasn't a bad deal and I would just go with it as I understand how most places feel about installing something they didn't sell. Well, anyway, I made the mistake of not confirming the price when I showed up to have tire installed and was shocked to see the bill was about $70. higher than I had figured (tax included). When going over the bill, I saw the price of the tire was not the $220 I was quoted over the phone but was now $283.00 but since I made the mistake of not checking this BEFORE I got the bike serviced, there wasn't much I could do about it as parts guys word against mine. Lesson Learned Today.. Had I known the tire was going to change prices from the time I called at 8AM till I got bike serviced at 2PM, I would have had the tire shipped from motorcycle superstore for $183.00 w/free shipping and did the work myself. Honesty and trust go a long way in keeping and improving your customer base. Got a great bike at a great price. Low financing, plus a free extended FACTORY (that's important) warranty. As with any purchase, there were a few minor hiccups, but everyone went out of their way to get things ironed out and reassure me that all would be well. I think nearly every time I go there for service, something gets done for me off the clock. Once, when some warranted parts were extremely slow arriving, and then turned out not to be entirely right (not their fault), they installed my options for free, and even washed the bike for me, just because I waited a few weeks. You're not going to get that kind of service just anywhere, especially when there are so few Victory dealers around. You can really tell that everyone there really wants your experience to be a great one, and mine has been. Sorry this is so long-winded, but it's been a long time coming, and I could go on even further. Keep up the great job, guys. You've really set the bar high for all other dealers. I'm a new rider and purchased a used bike, not only did they help find the right bike that would work for me, they had a huge selection. "Would never even consider buying from another dealer. Did once about 30 years ago, learned my lesson fast. Rays has the best deals and most complete inventory just about anywhere. The staff is great! Forgot how many cycles ATV's and other equipment I have purchased from Rays, must be over 25 by now. They have always been great to deal with. "

"Recently bought a used 1997 Royal Star from Rick - Great salesman. Being a younger rider often times I walk into a dealer's showroom only to get pointed to the Crotch Rockets. At Ray's I didn't experience this I was allowed to look through the inventory with no pressure, and if I had a question Rick was there to answer it for me. The Folk's at Ray's were willing to work with me on the sale, took the time to go over the bike with me before I pulled out of the parking lot."
